Magic Minisites Terms & Conditions

Flexible Terms

There is no "lock in" period for the basic 5-page (or upgraded 100-page) version of the site and it's hosting. If however you choose the Internet Marketer Package, there are some 3 monthly payment terms on these that you can choose, which means you would need to to pay for the 3 full months (if you needed to cancel, you would need to pay the contract out completely for the entire price). Missed payments could incur the use of a debt collection agency to pursue the funds owing, so please be sure to pay on time each month.


Hosting and Support.

Magic Minisites are fully hosted and limited to the chosen hosting vendor only. I understand that I need to provide a Visa or Mastercard to pay for the hosting and I pay Approximately $120 / year for a 5-Page site hosting package, or Approximately $370 for a hosting package that supports up to 100 pages & email addresses. I understand that hosting pricing may change without notice from year to year from the hosting provider and slight fluctuations in price may occur to reflect US dollar exchange prices. I understand that the hosting is paid separately from the initial $350 build fee for my 5-Page site (So I will see two separate charges on my visa card for two separate amounts that will make up the total).

Payment Terms.
Payment is required in advance before any work is commenced. The monthly payment (if selected) is payable on monthly auto-debit from your visa or mastercard via Paypal online (Paypal is by far the simplest way to go if you have Visa or Mastercard, and it’s very secure).

Bank Details

If you choose not to pay online via Paypal, then Bank Cheque (personal cheques will be accepted, but MUST be cleared before any work commences) or Cash is acceptable, you will need to setup a direct transfer and automatic debits for your monthly program from your bank account to ours, the details you will need for this are below:

Missed Payments

Payment for your hosting is paid yearly with our partner hosting company. You will recieve notification from them each year for renewal, which needs to be paid promptly or your website and service will be taken down. If you miss a payment on one of our Internet Marekter Packages, you could incur the use of a debt collector to follow up payment, plus risk your website being taken down, plus a fee for re-stating it at a later date. So please be prompt and on time with your payments.
