What's Involved Exactly?

The requirements of a joint venture between us and yourself are simple, yet important, none the less. Here's a list of the basics we'd be looking at for a basic JV partnership, with long term business relationships allowing for a more lucrative agreement over time.

1. You must have a database of potential responsive clients. Unlike our affilaite program that anyone can become part of, we require more from a joint venture partnership in the fact that you have a group of responsive buyers who fit the profile for our services.
   
   
2. You have the methodology to reach your clients in an interesting, educational way, we need to know that your approach isn't going to be an untargeted one. As from our experience that's never brought a high response. As part of your application we'd ask that you outline your methods of approach for this joint venture arrangement, so we can gain a further clarification of how we'll work together.
   
   
3. Most Joint Venture partnerships offer a higher payment structure than a normal affiliate program. We're no different, however we do compensate on volume of quality purchases that come our way from a promotion that we do together. For example if you send us up to 5 buying clients from any one promotion we pay you 10% of the profits, 5 to 25 clients we'd pay you 15% of the profits and anything over 25 clients you'll get our top rate of 25% of the profits from the sales closed.
   
   
4. Should you send us over 25 clients per month for 3 months straight, we'll then create a full rebranded site with our services included, so that you have your own presence for Magic-Minisites in your own name. The products will remain the same, but the branding will be yours and we'll work behind the scenes as your JV partner to make your sales arm for our Mini-Sites a success!
   
   
5. You will be making the sale on your site via our banners and advertising we give you as well as other savvy online marketing promotions. You will be the owner of the sale and recieve monies from your client for the package they choose. From there you will recieve a discounted rate that will leave 10%, 15% or 25% of the profits from the pacakage you purchase from us for your clients.
   

So basically, this Joint Venture agreement, allows you to privately label the packages you wish to create for your clients, and you brand them as you wish, recieve payment via your own online payment methods and then we do the work for you at the discounted rate (depending on the volume of sites you purchase from us wholesale).

Finally, the last ingredient for what's involved is your "Commitment" in making this work, this is a joint venture opportunity that will reward your company many times over if you execute it correctly.

We may or may not choose to work with you after your application process is complete.
